Return Policy

Because Wiltreats products are freshly made desserts and perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a missing item, incorrect item, or quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the situation. Photos may be requested so we can better understand what happened.

Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a refund. Custom or special orders may not be refundable once preparation has started.
